Terms of Service
Toxin is a link-in-bio site with a link shortener (t.toxin.cc). By using it, you agree to these terms and applicable law.
Accounts
Sign-in uses Discord OAuth. You agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy when you create an account. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate another person.
Your profile
You are responsible for the text, links, shortened URLs, comments and media you share. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not post illegal content, private information about others, malware, phishing or harassment, and do not use shortened URLs or link previews to disguise where a link goes.
The 18+ confirmation on a link is a notice that visitors click through, not age verification. You remain responsible for the content you link to.
Illegal content
Everything you upload or link to on Toxin, including images, videos, audio, cursors, badge icons, profile text, links, shortened URLs and comments, must be legal. Never share:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
- Intimate images of anyone shared without their consent
- Content that promotes terrorism, or threatens or incites violence
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights
- Malware, phishing, scams, or links selling illegal goods or services
- Other people's private or personal information (doxxing)
We remove illegal content as soon as we become aware of it and may ban the account without notice. Where the law requires it, or to protect people from harm, we preserve the relevant information and report it to the authorities, for example child sexual abuse material. You can report illegal content with the report option on comments or through the support server.
Comments on your profile
You can approve, pin, filter and remove comments on your own profile. Comments are still subject to these terms and to Toxin's moderation.
Acceptable use
Do not exploit the service, evade restrictions, manipulate profile views, spam comments or attempt to access another user's private data.
Moderation
We may remove content or restrict accounts when needed for safety, security, legal compliance or violations of these terms. Reports are reviewed by moderators.
Service and content
You retain rights to your content and allow Toxin to store and display it to operate the profile service, including in badges and profile cards you place on other websites. Features may change or become unavailable. External links are controlled by their destination websites.
Some features rely on other services, such as Minecraft and Roblox characters, Twitch and YouTube live status, link previews and Discord webhooks for analytics digests. They may be unavailable when those services are, and their content remains subject to their own terms.
Analytics are approximate: bots are filtered out and visits are grouped by day, so numbers may differ from other tools.
Premium and payments
Toxin Premium is a one-time account upgrade offered at the price shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Toxin does not store full payment-card details. Premium access belongs to the purchasing account and may not be resold or transferred. Fraudulent payments, chargebacks or payment reversals may result in Premium access being removed.
Refunds: if you change your mind, contact us through the support server within 48 hours of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Premium is removed from the account once the refund is issued. After 48 hours, purchases are not refundable, except where applicable law gives you further rights.
Privacy and changes
See the Privacy Policy for account and profile data. We may update these terms and their date when the service changes. For questions, contact the support server.
